Today is an exciting makeup day! I finally got around to doing a proper makeup look with the stunning Ace Beaute Blossom Passion Eyeshadow Palette, and I received a huge box of Glossier Play this morning out of which I ended up featuring three items in todays makeup look.Everything worked out beautifully if we see the end result but I do have some spontaneous comments:The palette is a bit dusty and the shadows don't layer perfectly, but with a clear plan of the look and a good base the end result is RADIANT. I love it and it's totally worth the slight extra work as I don't own anything even remotely similar. The colour scheme and mix of finishes is just perfection.Out of the Glossier Play products I'm so far a bit so-so on the highlighter which looks a bit too dry for my taste (rarely showed up in these pictures at all?) for being a liquid, the lipstick is not very glossy at all for being a "high shine" product but still very pretty and comfortable to wear. The eye pencil needed a few passes on the waterline to adhere properly, but seems to wear nicely once it's on.  Face:• The Body Shop Fresh Nude Foundation - Chelsea Porcelain (010)• Viva la Diva Concealer With Argan Oil - Pure Light (1)• Linda Hallberg Infinity Filter Loose Setting Powder - Light• Physician's Formula Murumuru Butter Bronzer - Bronzer• Glossier Play Niteshine Highlighter Concentrate - Pale PearlBrows:• IsaDora Brow Powder Pen - Dark Brown• Anastasia Clear Brow GelEyes:• Ace Beaute Blossom Passion Eyeshadow Palette - Peony, Carnation, Beauty, Seduction• Glossier Play Colorslide Technogel Eye Pencil - Jumbo• Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume MascaraLips:• Glossier Play Vinylic Lip - Pony Ace Beaute Blossom Passion Eyeshadow Palette, blog post with swatches here.
